January 1 is the World Day of Prayer for Peace.
Blessed are the peacemakers. We will be called children of God! (Matthew
5:9)
Lord, that I may bring peace today—
peace in my working,peace in my playing, peace in my sharing, peace
in my praying: May I pray, throughout my day, “Jesus, peace. Jesus,
peace.”
